We create value for our tenants and partners by developing sustainable residential and commercial properties in which people live, work, and thrive.Overview:Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Residential Leasing & Compliance, the Residential Portfolio Analyst is responsible for supporting leadership to optimize the value of the portfolio through analysis of revenue and expenses. The role will interact with the Residential Leasing, Property Management and Transactions teams to review and analyze trends for all KPIs with a goal of increasing net income. Responsibilities will also include budgeting, reporting, metric based tracking, identification of pricing sensitivities and actionable recommendations to increase net revenue. This position will require strong excel and analytical skills. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee software integration projects for Residential Leasing while liaising with the client (end-user), IT, Accounting and external consultants.Responsibilities:Monitor, analyze and prepare multiple metrics based reports and data for the Leasing and Executive teams to identify trends, make informed decisions and quickly respond to them.Perform market and submarket analysis of rents, concessions and other industry trends to ensure appropriate pricing.Ability to create presentations and deliver information to select audiences including Leasing, Management, Human Resources, Transactions and Executive Management Teams.Collate, prepare and regularly maintain reports for internal metrics purposes.Successful collaboration with multiple internal departments both at the corporate and property level.Responsible for the identification and implementation of software systems that support and enhance performance of the residential portfolioCreate user acceptance testing and workflows with newly implemented systems.Serve as a resource, advocate, and catalyst for sustainability at The Durst Organization.
