Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or register
- Deliver excellent hospitality and maintain a clean, inviting dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Support your teammates by running food, restocking supplies, and keeping the workstation
- Uphold Harriet’s brand culture through positivity, professionalism, and teamwork
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
