What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners, churches, and property managers to evaluate roofing needs
- Conduct roof inspections (including ladder work and steep-slope access)
- Identify repair vs. replacement solutions for slate and tile roofing systems
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and profitable estimates
- Clearly communicate scope of work and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Travel occasionally between service areas as needed
- 1 year of experience in slate or tile roofing (field experience strongly preferred)
- Estimating or sales experience in roofing or construction is a plus
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and best practices
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs safely
- Valid driver’s license (4 points or fewer for insurance qualification)
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
- Ability to pass a background check
