The Dupont Circle is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join the team at our hotel in the heart of Washington DC.
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with all food, planning, preparation, production and control at all food outlets and banqueting facilities.
With an acclaimed restaurant and bar, The Dupont Circle hotel is a true culinary and social destination. The Pembroke serves superlative American-French cuisine, while Doyle bar's flawless cocktails and terrace attract a cosmopolitan crowd.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and implementing new menus, enjoy working alongside the greater hotel team, take pride in developing young Chefs and be keen to further themselves by always being aware of the Washington DC food trends.
