Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Ensure all drinks are presented attractively and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Assist with food preparation or presentation as needed, including light food service or catering support
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking
- Handle cash transactions or process payments accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, especially in fine dining or banquet settings, is preferred
- Experience in serving, bartending, or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is desirable
- Barista experience or background in the food industry can be advantageous
- Previous catering or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential
