Foundation Repair Specialist

Position: Foundation Repair Technician (Experienced)

Location: 3005 John Deere Road - Toano, VA 23168

Schedule: M-F, Day Shift

Salary Range: $55,000-$85,000 (Base hourly pay bonuses built into each job)

What You’ll Do as an Foundation Repair Technician:

• Your primary responsibility will be installing foundation stabilization systems
• Sistering Joists, Girder replacement, Push-pier installation, and more.

What We’re Looking for in a Foundation Repair Technician:

• Two years repairing foundations OR certification from an accredited training program
• Some carpentry skills
• The ability to safely use ladders and handle installation supplies and equipment
• A high level of integrity and work ethic
• Professional and polite attitude
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving/insurance record
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• Travel between job sites and to the office in a company truck
• Often working in small, dark, and damp areas (crawl spaces and basements)
• Able to handle weather conditions based on the season

Physical Requirements:

• Carrying, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking
