Pay & Compensation- Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,100
- $0.56 CPM on both loaded and empty miles
- $40 plus mileage on qualifying loads between 1–49 loaded miles
- $20 stop pay
- Up to $3,000 load-based hiring bonus
- $1,000 after your first 50 completed loads
- $500 after each additional 50-load milestone through 250 loads
- Consistent weekly freight
