Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed DRIPBaR’s sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Demonstrate exceptional efforts to drive sales (commission!)
- Coordinate and oversee client appointments
- Extend a warm welcome to patrons upon arrival
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our product range
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their needs
- Offer recommendations on complementary products to enhance the customer experience
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage instructions, and preparation methods for optimal results
- Process orders efficiently, operate the POS system, and resolve any customer issues
- Promote special promotions, discounts, and membership programs
- Propose strategies to enhance sales, such as organizing marketing initiatives
For the role of RN/IV Specialist at this location, the following duties and responsibilities are essential:
- Provide patients with information on compound ingredients, dosage, storage, and usage of medications
- Prepare pharmaceutical preparations and ensure proper labeling
- Maintain compounding records accurately and enter prescription data
- Support the clinic team in delivering patient care
- Manage inventory of IV area supplies and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to SOPs in equipment and work areas
- Safeguard proper storage and security of vitamins, ingredients, and compounded medications
- Adhere to SOPs, assist in developing new SOPs, and demonstrate proficiency in mathematical calculations
- Communicate effectively with prescribers and healthcare professionals regarding compounding requirements
- Attend professional meetings and maintain professionalism in interactions with patients and staff
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care for clients
- Prepare and administer IV & IM vitamins using appropriate techniques
- Monitor clients during infusion process and review treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of infusion room and equipment
- Perform venipuncture and handle patient calls as needed
- Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly lab and staff requirements
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Marketing:
- Manage contact lists
- Assist with social media, email, and review management
- Capture client images for social media use
- Organize and execute client events onsite and offsite
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships
Operations/Sales:
- Handle office communications, including calls, emails, and mail
- Represent office interests in dealings with external associates
- Assist nurses with vital signs and IV discontinuation
- Update client charts with relevant information
