Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The DRIPBaR Carrollwood, you will oversee daily clinical operations while delivering exceptional patient care in a boutique wellness setting. You will nurture relationships with our members and educate clients on the benefits of vitamin therapy. You will administer IV therapy treatments, support patient care protocols, and contribute to a welcoming, supportive, and wellness-focused environment.
We are a small, privately owned business seeking a reliable, supportive team member with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
We are specifically seeking RNs with availability to work 6 days per month, on any combination of the following days: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Safely prepare and administer IV therapy and IM vitamin injections
- Perform venipuncture and access ports
- Monitor client comfort, safety, and response throughout treatment
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive patient care
Compounding & Medication Management
- Mix, label, and prepare pharmaceutical compounds according to established guidelines
- Maintain accurate compounding logs and prescription records
- Educate clients on compounds, dosages, and treatment usage
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of vitamins and ingredients
Inventory & Facility Standards
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure infusion areas and sterile hoods meet cleanliness and safety standards
Compliance & Training
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in ongoing training and competency evaluations
- Support implementation of clinical protocols
Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Work closely with owners, providers, prescribers, and team members to ensure quality care
- Assist with scheduling, health history reviews, and client onboarding
Community Engagement
- Represent The DRIPBaR Carrollwood at wellness and community events
- Educate prospective clients about services and treatments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
