Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, produce displays, and organize backroom storage areas to optimize space and accessibility
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage and discrepancies
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse by performing routine maintenance and organization tasks
- Support retail store operations by providing product knowledge, merchandising assistance, and customer service when needed

Experience
- Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and product placement
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory calculations
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly
