We are hiring specifically for a SATURDAY-ONLY Bridal Stylist!

Saturday is our busiest day in the store, and it’s a really fun, high-energy day! You’ll help brides find their dream dresses, create incredible experiences, and have the opportunity to earn great commissions.
Hours vary based on appointments, but Saturdays typically begin around 8:30 AM and end after the last appointment, usually around 6:30–7:00 PM.
About the Role

This position is hourly plus commissions and tips. During training, the pay rate is $20/hour. Once fully trained, successful stylists should expect to average $30–$75 per hour including commissions and tips, depending on sales performance.
What Does a Bridal Stylist Do?
A bridal stylist plays a crucial role in creating an unforgettable experience for every bride. Responsibilities include:
- Helping each bride find her dream dress while providing a personalized experience and creating amazing memories
- Closing bridal sales, upselling, and upholding our brand standards
- Ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge, including store inventory, bridal terminology, customizations, and more
- Continually learning new sales techniques, trends, products, and services
- Answering phones and assisting with appointment booking
- Maintaining housekeeping and quality-control standards
- Performing other general store responsibilities as needed
Training
We want every stylist to have the best experience possible, and that starts with comprehensive training.
You’ll receive a complete training program designed to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with our sales process, products, quality standards, and customer experience before working directly with clients.
Experience Required
- At least 2 years of business-to-consumer sales experience required
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- Experience in the wedding or events industry is a plus
- Strong sales skills and a genuine desire to create exceptional customer experiences
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Hours
This is a SATURDAY-ONLY position.
We are looking for someone who wants to work Saturdays only and is committed to maintaining a one-day-a-week schedule.
Our Saturday hours are generally 8:30 AM until approximately 6:30–7:00 PM, depending on the final appointment of the day.
Pay
- $20/hour during training
- After training: hourly pay commissions tips
- Successful, fully trained stylists should expect to average $30–$75/hour including commissions and tips, depending on sales performance

- Be able to bend and stoop
- Be comfortable standing and being on their feet for the duration of the work shift
