Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food pairings, to provide recommendations to guests.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness at the bar area.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings.
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and providing outstanding service throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including brewing techniques and retail math skills.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with food safety practices and knowledge of food handling regulations is essential.
