What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake/Case Manager (QIDP) position at The Douglas Center?

The Intake Coordinator/Case Manager (QIDP-Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) performs tasks and duties under general supervision from the Director of Program & Clinical Services. This staff develops relationships with community members in order to facilitate intake and bring new participants and referrals to the program. In addition, uses established procedures and innovation to complete work assignments and is responsible for the implementation of case management services for adults with developmental disabilities receiving services at The Douglas Center.

*BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED IN RELEVANT SOCIAL SERVICE FIELD AS WELL AS QIDP REQUIREMENT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
