Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of Feteers according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Mix, knead, and roll dough to create fresh Feteers bases and baked goods with precision and consistency
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours and uphold excellent food service standards
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen environments within the food industry or restaurant settings
- Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient handling and prep work
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy environment
- Experience with menu planning or fine dining is a plus for creative pizza crafting
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
