What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mixer Helper position at The Dough Co?
We are looking for a detail orientated Mixer Helper to support all aspects of frozen pizza dough production. Experience is not necessary but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is needed. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, from accurate measuring/mixing ingredients to loading/unloading the mixers. If you want to prove yourself and work your way up the ranks in a small tight knit company, this is the place to start. High energy, accuracy and commitment are essential. If you are a detailed individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively - we want you on our team! The goal is to ensure our customers get the best pizza dough in the state!
Skills
- ability to be accurate in reading a scale and recipes
- pallet jack/ forklift experience is a plus but not necessary
- Clean, neat and attention to detail
- multi-tasking ability
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving
- A team player with great communication skills
- Physical strength 50# and stamina (these positions require standing, lifting, and repetitive motions)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
