What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at The Dorset School?
The Dorset School seeks a full time, year round Custodian to maintain the the physical school and grounds in a condition of operating excellence, cleanliness, and safety. The Custodian performs daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance routines at assigned school building. The Custodian operates within district and school policies and procedures, and by applying acceptable custodial standards, Labor and Industry standards, and OSHA standards when caring for the school’s grounds, building, and its related equipment and systems.
The Custodian's schedule is 12:00pm to 8:00pm when school is in session and 7:00am to 3:00pm when there are no students in the building.

Pay Rate:
- $18.25 - $20.25 per hour, based on years of experience
