As a Customer Success Associate, you will guide conversations, schedule next steps, keep records organized, and support a responsive client experience. The work is active and people-facing, so each day calls for attention to detail, a professional tone, and the ability to follow through after the initial conversation.

You will not be expected to arrive with every answer already memorized. Training includes examples, guided practice, feedback, and a repeatable workflow that helps you build confidence step by step. Candidates who have worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, scheduling, athletics, recruiting, or other high-contact settings may find their experience transfers well.

A typical day can include preparing for appointments, responding to client questions, documenting important follow-up, and coordinating with teammates so nothing gets lost between conversations. The goal is not to rush people through a script. It is to listen carefully, explain the next step clearly, and keep commitments organized.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Centennial for someone who wants more than a static entry-level routine.
