Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain garage doors, openers, and associated hardware
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for door hanging, framing, metal stud framing, and door installation on various construction sites.
- Conduct electrical work related to garage door openers and safety sensors, ensuring proper wiring and functionality.
- Utilize carpentry skills for frame carpentry, fixture installation
Helpful Skills
- Experience in construction or remodeling projects with a focus on door installation or similar mechanical work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and electrical systems.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, working at heights, and performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client communication.
