We’re looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach calls to potential supporters, partners, and community members to build relationships and promote organizational initiatives
- Manage and execute email campaigns to our contact list, including newsletters, promotional updates, and event invitations
- Connect with key community groups such as parents, schools, study groups, and businesses to promote our platform and build partnerships
- Assist in designing branding materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets, to effectively communicate our platform’s offerings
- Engage with current supporters and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and encourage ongoing involvement
- Implement strategies to recognize and appreciate the contributions of our partners
- Experience in communications, outreach, or social media management is preferred
- Experience in planning and executing events or campaigns, whether virtual or in-person
- Experience with CRM systems or databases to track outreach efforts and manage contact lists
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, and organized with a passion for community engagement and music education
