We’re looking for a Teacher’s Assistant to join our growing team!
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Teacher’s Assistant to join our classroom. The ideal candidate will work closely with our students, providing additional support to ensure a focused and positive learning environment. While most of our classes are well-behaved, we have some energetic 3rd graders who may require extra attention. Your role will also involve organizing testing materials and handling data entry for reports to our executive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and values a structured, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining student focus.
Support individual students and small groups in their learning.
Organize testing materials and prepare them for use during assessments.
Handle data entry for student reports and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the teacher and other staff to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable transportation (role based in Dekalb County).
Clean background (background check required).
Punctuality and a positive attitude.
A willingness to serve and support student learning.
Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 00 AM to 2 00 PM.
