- Oversee the organization's daily functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support the mission and objectives.
- Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of organizational projects.
- Foster collaboration across teams to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
- Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan.
- Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Organizational Development
- Support initiatives that enhance organizational growth and sustainability.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Grant Management
- Manage grant applications and reporting processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with funders to support organizational initiatives.
- Proven experience in nonprofit management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities.
