We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to support the operation and maintenance of a large commercial facility in Northern VA, (Fairfax) .
Schedule
Maintain and repair commercial building plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and perform corrective repairs to ensure reliable service and code-compliant operations.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to support the operation and maintenance of a large commercial facility in Northern VA, (Fairfax) .
Schedule
- Hours: 8 hrs per day (40 hrs per week with posibility of overtime)
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $32-$35 / hr
Maintain and repair commercial building plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and perform corrective repairs to ensure reliable service and code-compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems including sinks, toilets/commodes, and associated piping.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, and performance issues; troubleshoot to root cause.
- Perform piping repairs using Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast iron repair methods.
- Operate drain cleaning equipment including a K-50 (or equivalent) snake.
- Operate a plumbing camera for drain inspections and support accurate diagnosis and repair planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial plumbing experience (facility or similar environment).
- Hands-on experience with Pro-Press, PVC, copper, and cast-iron repair.
- Ability to inspect, identify leaks/clogs, and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
- Experience operating a K-50 snake (or equivalent).
- Experience using a drain camera for line inspection.
- Journeyman License
- EPA 608 (Universal CFC)
