Complete Building Services is adding an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Laurel, MD. You will be supporting a large government site. The hours are Monday - Friday 600 am to 230 pm or 700 to 330 pm. The salary is $30-$35 per hour based on experience.

The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on air handlers, pumps, AC equipment, heating equipment, air compressor, and exhaust fans within a large facility in the Laurel, MD area. Hours are Monday-Friday, 600 to 230 pm or 700 am to 330 pm. Must be flexible.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 3 years experience
- Universal CFC License
- General knowledge of building system operations
- Must be reliable
