This role includes managing daily security operations, monitoring access control and surveillance systems, and coordinating response to incidents, emergencies, and safety-related concerns. The Security Manager develops and implements security policies and procedures, conducts regular inspections and risk assessments, and ensures compliance with local regulations and company standards. Daily tasks involve scheduling and supervising security staff, training team members on safety protocols, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining detailed incident reports and documentation.
