Join Our Team for the G20 Summit!
Dominion XP Security is seeking dependable and professional individuals to work temporary security assignments during the G20 Summit from August 28 through September 1, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in event security while supporting one of the largest international events of the year.
No previous security experience is required. We provide all necessary training before the event. Applicants with prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Operate access control systems to verify identities and regulate entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to handle disputes professionally while maintaining a safe environment for all individuals.
- Skilled in conflict management and conflict de-escalation strategies to maintain order peacefully.
- Staff stationary security posts.
- Conduct roving foot patrols of assigned areas.
- Operate walk-through and handheld metal detectors after receiving training.
- Control access to designated areas.
- Monitor assigned posts and report suspicious activity.
- Assist with crowd management and pedestrian flow.
- Follow all post orders and directions from supervisors.
- Complete required reports when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications/Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Security experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Must be able to pass any required background screening.
- Preferrably all candidates must be available to work the entire event, August 28 through September 1, 2026.
