Job Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant – Sales provides high-level administrative support to senior sales executives and the sales leadership team. This role manages schedules, coordinates sales activities, prepares reports and presentations, and ensures smooth communication between executives, sales teams, and clients.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence for sales leadership.
- Coordinate executive communications with internal teams and external clients.
2. Sales Operations Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM or HubSpot).
- Assist with sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Compile weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Support proposal preparation, contract documentation, and sales presentations.
3. Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organize sales meetings, client presentations, and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate logistics for sales conferences, trade shows, and training sessions.
- Prepare presentation materials using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
4. Administrative & Documentation
- Maintain sales documents, contracts, and records.
- Process expense reports and purchase requests.
- Manage filing systems and confidential business information.
5. Cross-Team Communication
- Act as a liaison between sales leadership and departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and project updates are communicated effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
