Indrotec is seeking an experienced Welder to join our growing team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for assembling and welding metal components used in a variety of manufactured products. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication and welding skills, experience reading blueprints, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Perform brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding processes.
- Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) techniques.
- Position, align, and clamp fabricated metal components prior to welding.
- Operate power tools including grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and fit-up.
- Rig, lift, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Complete routing information, production tags, counts, and other required documentation.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of welding experience.
- Proven experience as a Welder, Fabricator/Welder, or similar role.
- Proficiency with a variety of welding techniques and equipment.
- Experience using FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely rig and move materials.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
