We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will support recruiting efforts for part-time Retail Merchandiser positions by sourcing candidates, conducting video interviews, and helping move qualified candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for part-time Retail Merchandiser positions
- Conduct video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Review resumes and maintain candidate records
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting activities
- Partner with hiring teams to ensure staffing needs are met
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Qualifications
- Recruiting experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service, communication, or relationship-building experience will also be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conducting interviews through video platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Position Details
- Full-time temporary assignment lasting approximately 8–12 weeks
- Onsite position in Brooklyn Park, MN
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Flexible start and end times within business hours (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
Benefits
- Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
