We are seeking a Process & Equipment Technician to support our Operations team on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll work closely with assemblers, troubleshoot equipment, investigate process issues, and contribute to projects that improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures. What You’ll Do
- Serve as a front-line process technician supporting the Operations team.
- Support new product introductions, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques and coach assemblers on best practices.
- Train production personnel on manufacturing and testing of devices.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Analyze test data, summarize findings, and assist with yield improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure continuous equipment operation.
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting safety, quality, or process issues.
- Perform scrap analysis and support root cause investigations.
- Communicate effectively across shifts and with cross-functional teams.
Shift Details
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, approximately 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or trade school certification; specialized training/apprenticeship in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of manufacturing technician experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach others.
- Results-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device manufacturing (preferred but not required).

- Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
