We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe & Mill Machinists to join our Weekday 1st Shift team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. This is a critical role within our manufacturing operation, and we are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Schedule
- 1st shift 5:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00am to 5:00pm (get paid for 40 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T symbols
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and at-machine programming
- Select tooling and assist with tooling design and implementation
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure product accuracy
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow quality standards and lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Lathe Machinist, CNC Mill Machinist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of CNC machining operations and processes
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is preferred
- Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
