Job Description
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Doll Store Clerk. As a key member of our store, you will contribute to creating a magical shopping experience for our customers. This is the perfect job for someone looking to make extra cash as we currently need someone to work 2-3 days including Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of our doll collection, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
- Operate cash register efficiently, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring proper pricing.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for dolls and children's toys.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
