What You’ll Do:
- Launch and manage all aspects of a new lease-up property
- Drive leasing performance and occupancy goals
- Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably with lease-up experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for creating vibrant, welcoming communities
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., MRI)
