Client Success & Sales Coordinator

- Answer questions about our training and boarding programs with confidence and professionalism.
- Guide prospective clients from their first inquiry through scheduling consultations and enrolling in programs.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Confidently discuss pricing and recommend the training program that best fits each client’s goals.
- Manage appointments, calendars, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Process payments and assist with client onboarding.
- Create and schedule basic Facebook posts and assist with marketing tasks.
- Coordinate closely with our trainers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Perform general office administration and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has professional office, administrative, or client-facing experience.
- Has sales, consultative sales, or business development experience.
- Communicates professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.
- Learns new software quickly and enjoys technology.
- Is comfortable using Apple computers and common business software.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys solving problems and taking initiative.
- Presents themselves professionally and builds trust with clients.
- Loves dogs, while understanding this is a professional business position first.
