Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic Admin Bath & Nail Technician to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on work with dogs. You’ll play a key role in daily operations—supporting front desk tasks, maintaining salon cleanliness, and performing essential grooming services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets professionally during check-in and check-out
- Answer phones, return messages, and assist with booking inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately using salon software
- Provide excellent customer service and clear client communication
- Perform bath and brush services, including drying and deshedding treatments
- Safely complete nail trims and basic ear cleaning
- Assist with minor and occasional trimming (face, feet, sanitary, etc.) as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming areas, lobby, and common spaces
- Support groomers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations

- Previous grooming, bathing, or customer service experience preferred but not required
