Job Summary
We are seeking a Dog Daycare attendant for our Huntsville location! In this role you will be responsible for caring for and maintaining the dog daycare play yards. Also for supervising the dogs in the play yard and maintaining an enriching and fun environment for the dogs. Passion for dogs is a must!!
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding, walking to the yards and kennels, and administering medication as needed.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by regularly cleaning kennels and play areas.
- Monitor dog behavior and health, reporting any concerns to management.
- Engage in play and training activities to promote socialization and exercise.
- Assist in customer service by communicating with pet owners about their dogs' needs and behaviors.
- Lift and move dogs safely as required, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.95 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
