Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Work with urgency during busy lunch and dinner services
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep work and daily kitchen responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
