Social Media Coordinator

Position Summary

Graybo's Sports Cards and Parlay Bar & Lounge are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to lead the day-to-day execution of our social media presence. This role is responsible for capturing engaging content, editing videos, creating branded graphics, and executing a consistent social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer growth across both businesses.

The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through social media, understands current trends, and can create content that keeps our brands relevant, engaging, and recognizable.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for both Graybo's Sports Cards and Parlay Bar & Lounge.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site during business hours, special events, product releases, and promotions.

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

• Design eye-catching graphics that align with each brand's identity and marketing goals.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity across all content.

• Execute the company's social media strategy across:

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • Threads

  • X (formerly Twitter)

  • YouTube

• Publish an average of four (4) posts per day across the company's social media platforms.

• Create and schedule video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.

• Monitor engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions when appropriate.

• Collaborate with ownership and staff to promote upcoming events, new products, promotions, tournaments, live breaks, menu specials, and community involvement.

• Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience engagement.

• Experience managing business social media accounts.

• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.

• Strong photography and videography skills.

• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding.

• Familiarity with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports cards, collectibles, sports, restaurants, nightlife, or hospitality.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.

• Experience with content scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

• Basic photography and lighting knowledge.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will include:

• Maintaining a consistent posting schedule averaging 4 posts per day.

• Producing high-quality photo, video, and graphic content.

• Growing audience engagement and followers across all platforms.

• Keeping both brands visually consistent and recognizable.

• Supporting marketing initiatives through creative, timely, and engaging content.

• Bringing fresh ideas that increase customer interaction, event attendance, and overall brand awareness.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
