We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Receptionist for our modern, medium size General Practice situated in Upper Hutt. The vacancy is to cover our reception staff while on leave.

Gain Health Centre's mission is to provide an excellent standard of health care in a welcoming, safe and caring environment. We offer a multi-disciplinary team environment. You will be working with our GPs, nurse lead, extended care paramedic, nurse prescriber, nurses, clinical pharmacist, Primary Care Practice Assistance and a supportive administrative team. You will enjoy stimulating and interesting work and patient contact as part of your position.

Do you have what we are looking for?

• Enthusiastic and driven administrator
• Excellent phone manner
• To be Med tech 32/Evolution experienced (preferred)
• To be honest, confidential and friendly
• To have good communication skills
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi
• A commitment to patient health
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels
