Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
The Doctor’s Office is a well-established, independent family medicine practice that has served the Prescott community since 2008. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Family Medicine Physician to join our experienced healthcare team.

Our physicians are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing them to focus on providing high-quality patient care.
Position responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine physicals, preventive-care visits, and Medicare wellness examinations
- Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced-practice providers, and clinical support staff
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining appropriate clinical efficiency
Schedule and patient volume
- Full-time outpatient position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No hospital rounding
- Typical patient volume of approximately 15–20 patients per day
- Opportunity to increase patient volume based on the physician’s preferences and desired earning level
- Established patient population and experienced support staff
Compensation
Compensation is productivity-based and includes:
- $200 per scheduled workday
- $35–$40 per completed patient encounter, depending on experience and qualifications
- Typical estimated annual compensation of approximately $175,000–$240,000
- Uncapped earning potential, with highly productive physicians having the opportunity to earn $300,000 or more annually
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
