Busy Phillipsburg Family Practice/Urgent Care looking for experienced CMA or LPN. This is a salaried, full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Applicants must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include 80% direct patient care, and 20% administrative work. Prior supervisory experience is required. The successful applicant must be responsible, self-motivated, and a team player. They must demonstrate an ability to interact with others in a courteous and professional manner.

- Ensuring adequate staffing by establishing staff schedules
- Supporting the professional development of CMA staff through training, evaluations, coaching, and disciplining employees
- Overseeing patient care to ensure quality
- Maintaining practice compliance with regulatory agencies including OSHA, CLIA and X-ray
- Inventory management and ordering clinical supplies, and ensuring that medical equipment is in good working order
- Assisting in establishment and enforcement of practice policies
- Working collaboratively with Front Desk Supervisor and clinical staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Attending management meetings
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by CMA Team Lead and/or Medical Director
Patient Care Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Rooming patients
- Obtaining vital signs and medical history
- Performing diagnostic tests
- Assisting clinicians with procedures
Salary commensurate with experience.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
