Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the performance, training, and operational success of multiple branch sales teams. This individual will play a critical role in onboarding new hires, developing Sales Consultants, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across all locations. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strong communication skills, proven sales management experience, and the ability to influence teams at every level of the organization, including executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sales performance and operational execution across multiple branch locations.
• Lead and manage the onboarding process for all new sales hires.
• Hire, develop, coach, and lead team members to consistently exceed performance goals.
• Conduct regular branch visits, ride-alongs, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and branch performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and present reports to executive leadership regarding sales trends, team performance, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
• Implement strategies that improve conversion rates, customer experience, and overall branch profitability.
• Partner with executive leadership on regional growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensure consistency in sales processes, training standards, and company expectations across all branches.
Qualifications Required:
• 5 years of experience managing sales teams in a multi-location or regional capacity.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and presenting performance data.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% between Multiple Florida branch locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Highly Preferred:
• Background in the trades, including construction, marine construction, roofing, landscaping, home services, utilities, or similar industries.
• Experience scaling teams within a fast-growing organization.
• Demonstrated success in training and sales teams.
• Ability to provide measurable examples of past sales and leadership success.
