Duration:12-month contract, with possible extension W-2 or 1099 No C2C, visa transfers, or sponsorship Our Client is modernizing its procurement operations through the PASS Modernization Project, transitioning the district government’s existing on-premises procurement management system to a state-of-the-art cloud solution. The Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is seeking a Project Administrator to provide comprehensive project management support to the Project Management Office (PMO). Responsibilities Provide PMO support for all project planning activities, including developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules; creating and maintaining project documentation; coordinating weekly workstream status report submissions; developing PMO status reports; preparing status presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint; reporting project status to project managers, project leadership, and organizational leadership; and organizing project artifacts. Provide oversight and quality organization of all project documentation, ensuring that project artifacts are properly maintained and accessible to the project team using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Assist in preparing long- and short-range plans, including project plans, resource alignment, acquisition coordination, training, communications, transformation management, change management, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparation activities. Leverage experience on large, complex IT projects to analyze delivery dates and develop innovative project schedules using Microsoft Project or Agile Scrum roadmap and timebox schedules. Align project schedules with organizational calendars, stakeholder groups, functional workstreams, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project progress by tracking milestones and reporting on schedule and deliverable status. As required, assist with or assume responsibility for project scope and objective management activities, including oversight of the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) process, change management activities, and project communications. Plan and organize Steering Committee meetings and other project meetings as required, including documenting discussions, action items, and decisions. Serve as a liaison between project managers and the PMO to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Provide PMO support for all aspects of the PASS Modernization Project. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, communications, business, or a related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Box, and Visio (or equivalent tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and maintain project documentation for large, complex IT projects.
