We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our venue. Responsibilities
- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Conduct ID checks to verify the age of patrons entering the venue.
- Manage crowd control and maintain order during events or busy periods.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, employing conflict management techniques as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of all guests.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or potential theft.
Skills
- Proficiency in conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to safeguard property and patrons.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with guests, staff, and law enforcement personnel.
