Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient and accurate teller transactions including handling cash, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, money orders, and credit card advances
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members
- Ensure prompt and professional resolution of member requests including account maintenance, online banking support, and other service related tasks
- Provide information about Credit Union products and services including cross-selling as appropriate
- Follow Credit Union policies and procedures
- Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Language: Proficiency in English (Required) and Spanish (Preferred)
