As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast
