Pay/Benefits – Paid EVERY FRIDAY
- $16 - $20 per hour starting pay based on experience and performance
- Overtime pay of $24.00 - $30.00 after 40 hours per week!

Job Overview:
- Selectors will pick produce cases from slots and stack product on walking pallet jack (cases weight 1 – 50# each), stage pallets on loading docks, and load pallets on 24’ straight trucks.
- Select and pull between 400 – 500 packages per night.
- Demonstrate attention to detail by evaluating produce quality, by ensuring the quality of products loaded onto trucks.
- Be a good communicator with your team members and management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- 1 year of picking/selecting experience preferred.
- Ability to operate typical warehouse machinery and tools and willingness to become certified in operating a forklift.
- Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly.
- Must have manual dexterity and be able to lift 70 lbs safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet and work standing up for 8 hours per day.
