The Role: Dispensary Agent
As a Dispensary Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying our commitment to quality and care. Your responsibilities will include educating customers about our diverse range of cannabis products, guiding them to make informed choices, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Your passion and knowledge will shine as you help our patients find the right products to enhance their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warm Welcome: Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide personalized service that enhances their experience.
· Sales Expertise: Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system while handling cash with precision.
· Product Education: Share your knowledge of cannabis products—including flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals—to help customers make informed choices.
· Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to deliver the best service possible.
· Attention to Detail: Weigh and package cannabis products with care and ensure all labeling complies with regulatory standards.
· Tailored Recommendations: Offer personalized product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
· Safe Usage Guidance: Provide essential information on safe consumption practices and responsible usage.
· Compliance Assurance: Verify customer identification and maintain compliance with state regulations.
· Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks, including checking in patients, fulfilling online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dispensary.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Education, Training, and Experience:
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
· Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
· Familiarity with ABCA and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Schedule: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, as we operate 363 days a year.
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
