Responsibilities
- Mentor and support junior agents to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of property transactions from listing to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local real estate professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on local market trends.
- Prepare and present detailed property reports and proposals to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a lead agent or senior real estate agent, preferably in the Sioux City market
- Valid real estate license in the state of Iowa
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of agents effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close leads independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
