Job Overview
We’re a fast-growing real estate team focused on high-quality listings, engaging social content, and standout brand storytelling. We need a creative, driven video/content expert to own our social platforms. This individual needs to have extensive experience with filming video and editing, real estate experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Shoot & edit property videos & reels
- Build weekly content calendar
- Publish & optimize across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
- Track engagement & recommend improvements
- Collaborate with agents for on-camera moments
Qualifications
- Strong reel/shorts/video portfolio
- Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Creative, proactive, & data-aware
- Real estate experience (bonus)
- Must live in or around Sherman Oaks, CA
- This is an in-office, full time position
