The Dingley Press is seeking an experienced, team oriented, Accounts Receivable professional.
As a key member of our Accounting and Finance team, this position is responsible for gathering billing information and generating invoices promptly and accurately. Other responsibilities include cash application, correspondence with customers and Dingley employees, and other activities as needed.
This position requires a positive attitude; 2 years of related experience; proficiency in Excel; experience using accounting software and other software applications. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, highly motivated, well-organized individual with solid analytical abilities and a proven record of positive interaction with co-workers and customers.
